Loyola Medicine is seeking a dynamic and strategic Provider Recruiter to join our Provider Services team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, with a strong emphasis on enhancing diversity across our medical staff.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Administrative Director, Provider Services, and as a key member of the Loyola Medicine provider services team, supports and fulfills creative recruitment and sourcing strategies surrounding physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to physician and administrative leadership, providing expertise in recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, and hiring best practices for physician and APPs.
Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Generates and supports physician and provider sourcing strategies by utilizing in-house resources as well as innovative sourcing techniques and provider recruitment attainment methods to attract and generate highly qualified physician and advanced practice provider candidates for current and future clinical opportunities throughout the Loyola Medicine system.
Lead all aspects of candidate sourcing, including digital advertising, career fairs, residency events, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the provider application and tracking process, including applicant tracking system (Practice Match experience preferred).
Screen and engage candidates, assess qualifications, and coordinate interview logistics and site visits.
Present qualified candidates to leadership and facilitate the hiring process through to successful onboarding.
Stay current on industry trends in provider recruitment, retention, and compensation.
Represent Loyola Medicine at national and local medical conferences and networking events.
Proven experience in provider recruitment, preferably within a healthcare system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to travel for recruitment events and conferences as needed.

What you’ll need for this job:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Details: physician recruiter or HR recruitment experience
Must possess a knowledge of provider recruitment strategies, practices, and procedures. Must have knowledge of and be familiar with all various medical and surgical clinical specialty areas.
Must be able to work on site a significant amount of the time
Must be able to meet candidates at various Loyola locations
Compensation: Pay Range: $64,604.80- $100,152.00 per year
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
