The Role
This position will provide administrative and procurement support to the asset and property management team in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Central Procurement team on services and term contracts procured for the asset.
 - Creation of services and goods received note for all term contracts in SAP.
 - Setting up proper records and systems, documenting purchase requisition and purchase orders for vendor payments, processing of tax invoices.
 - Coordinating with the Executives and Technicians on the work schedule and completion status.
 - Maintain bill collection and follow-up on the payments with tenants and vendors.
 - Assist Property Manager in collecting and reviewing tenant Certificates of Insurance to ensure compliance with lease documents and tenants' requirements.
 - Document controller for all SOPs and maintain all records of SOPs.
 - All other duties within Property Management team as assigned.
 
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
 - At least 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Property / Facilities Management team
 - Excellent command of English and strong analytical skills are preferred
 - Meticulous and highly organized
 - Self-initiated, able to work under pressure with tight timeline and a good team player
 - Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
