POSITION: Maintenance Technician- Part Time
Location: Oakbrook Walk Apartments
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
- Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred but not required
- Multi-family Maintenance experience preferred
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
