- Organize, rename, and prepare image files following Road Scholar’s established brand and file-naming conventions.
- Upload, tag, and organize images within our digital asset management system (Bynder).
- Assist in identifying image needs or coverage gaps across contracted ships.
- Conduct light image retouching and formatting (cropping, resizing, etc.) as needed.
- Maintain an organized and searchable visual library to support marketing and participant experience content.
- Support the Creative Team with additional asset management or production tasks as time allows.
You will learn or practice…
- Practical experience in creative operations and asset management within a professional design team.
- Exposure to the tools and workflows used by in-house creative teams at scale (Bynder, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Understanding of how brand visuals are curated and deployed across digital platforms.
- A behind-the-scenes look at how Road Scholar brings its global learning adventures to life through design and storytelling.
You may be perfect for this internship opportunity if you are…
- A junior or senior at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and file management skills.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of image assets and metadata tagging.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (especially Photoshop, Bridge, or Lightroom).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools such as digital asset management systems.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to learn how creative teams work within a mission-driven organization.
