We seek a Passionate, Dynamic, and Creative Team member to handle the Warranty Failed part analysis
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with service, quality, and engineering teams for detailed failure analysis.
- Document inspection findings with photographic evidence and structured reports.
- Categorize part failures based on defect type, usage conditions, and compliance with warranty terms.
- Support the development of corrective actions and improvements in design or manufacturing.
- Track recurring issues and trends in warranty returns to reduce future failures.
- Interface with suppliers for joint analysis of vendor-supplied components.
- Assist in claim validation and ensure parts returned align with warranty policies.
- Maintain a database of analyzed parts and their corresponding failure modes.
- Provide technical support for field issues related to warranty parts.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and disposal of returned parts as per company procedures.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis reports and dashboards for management review
- Review with Supplier and initiate warranty recovery and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Monitor the weekly warranty claims and initiate for analysis
- Coordinate for top management meetings
- Responsible for process and standards.
Qualifications
Diploma- Any stream from a reputed college
- Leadership/Management quality
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge on Automotive Components and functions
- Basic Data analysis using Excel
- Good communication skills
