The Production Chef is responsible for overseeing the preparation, production, and consistency of food in a high-volume kitchen environment. This role ensures that all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards while maintaining efficiency and adherence to food safety guidelines. The Production Chef plays a key role in managing kitchen operations, supporting staff, and meeting production deadlines.

Requirements

  

• 3-5 years of experience in high volume production kitchen

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably as a Production Chef or in a similar supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, production techniques, and kitchen equipment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Culinary certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
