The Administrative Associate III provides advanced administrative support to the Office of Strategy and Transformation, ensuring efficient operations and supporting leadership in the execution of strategic initiatives and divisional projects.
The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
Responsibilities:
Maintain confidential files, databases, and records.
Collect, review, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with university and system policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication between the division and other departments.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support organizational change.
Make arrangements for meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel. May set up meetings, seminars, and other special events.
Maintains office supplies and equipment. Maintain office reference materials.
Answer the office phone and greet visitors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
