Job Summary

The Seasonal Dental Operations and Sales Specialist drives revenue for our dental clinics during peak season by converting diagnosed but not yet initiated treatments, focusing on high-value cases such as Invisalign, implants, crowns, and periodontics. This is a hybrid sales and operations role, combining patient engagement, CRM management, and clinic coordination.

• Pipeline and CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM, tracking patient contacts, outcomes, and closures.
• Patient Engagement and Sales:
  • Reach out to patients via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email with a professional and warm approach.
  • Discuss with the patient their medical, cosmetic benefits and financial benefits of treatments.
• Clinic Coordination:
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinic managers to confirm availability and schedule appointments.
  • Provide feedback on non-closures and operational barriers.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across front desk, management, and clinicians.
• Reporting:
  • Provide daily updates on pipeline progress, closed treatments, and lost opportunities.
  • Report patient feedback and trends to improve processes.

Qualifications

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education

• High school diploma.

Required Experience

• 3+ years in patient engagement, sales support, or operations in dental, aesthetic, or medical clinics in Miami/South Florida.
• Proven success in consultative sales for medical or aesthetic treatments ($1,500–$3,000 average ticket).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Basic knowledge of dental treatments: Invisalign, implants, crowns, scaling and root planing.
