Program Manager, Support for Workforce Training (SWFT)
This position is a grant-funded, on-campus, full-time, 12-month appointment based in Champaign, Illinois covered by the Professional Support Staff (PSS) Union with an annual salary of $56,763.20.

The Program Manager for SWFT is responsible for coordinating the promotion, recruitment, selection, and case management of student participants in SWFT grant-funded programs. The Program Manager must be able to work independently as well as on a team, make sound counseling decisions, and accurately prioritize tasks. This position will work in collaboration with the Director of the Support for Workforce Training to achieve the goals of SWFT programs. The position involves frequent handling of confidential information and records. This position is contingent on the successful renewal of grant funding.
