You Are:
- A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on.
You Have:
- Experience with the measuring, installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar)
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020 (Not remote/hybrid)

Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts
- Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner
- Coordinate & Oversee installation and commissioning of window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades
- Integrate with home automation systems
- Quality Control post installation
- Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications
- Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and repair field-related issues
- Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments
- Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestron etc.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems
HEDSouth's Contribution to You:
- $30/hr to $45/hr ($62k to $94k/yr) – Yup!
