Sr VP of Compressed Air will provide executive leadership and operational oversight across all compressed air business units within Tavoron. This role will lead and guide Division Presidents, drive organizational performance, ensure strategic alignment, and oversee cross-divisional execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Presidents of all compressed air divisions, ensuring alignment with Tavoron objectives and long-term vision.
- Develop and implement division-wide strategies to promote revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and scalability.
- Select, develop, and manage leadership talent across divisions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through process optimization, operational alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure consistent adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, compliance regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Analyze financial and operational performance across all divisions and adjust resource allocation as needed to meet or exceed business goals.
- Serve as a key representative of the company to external stakeholders including customers, vendors, strategic partners, and industry groups.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to ensure the company maintains a leadership position in the compressed air market.
- Champion internal leadership development and succession planning as part of long-term organizational sustainability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent executive-level training strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial automation environment, including oversight of multiple business units or divisions.
- Proven experience managing senior leaders (e.g., Division Presidents or General Managers) in a multi-location or matrixed organizational structure.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations, improving performance, and leading transformation initiatives across diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with a history of managing P&L, capital investments, and operational budgets.
- Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to execute decisively and lead through change.
- High integrity, executive presence, and a strong communicator with the ability to inspire at all levels of the organization.
