Post Producer
If you can juggle timelines, tame edits, and turn chaos into cinematic perfection, RUN Studios wants you in the Post Producer’s chair.
RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Post Producer to join for an approximate 12-month project!
As a Post Producer, you will manage and optimize post-production workflows from script to final delivery. In this role, you’ll serve as the central hub between creative, production, and stakeholder teams, overseeing edits, color, sound, graphics, and finishing to ensure every deliverable meets brand standards and creative vision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining precision, efficiency, and a passion for storytelling through seamless post-production execution.
Candidates must be based in the Seattle area for occasional onsite/on-set needs. This position is slated to start January 5, 2026.
As a Post Producer, You Will
- Oversee Post-Production workflows, scheduling, and maintenance from script intake through delivery
- Brief and manage the post-production team on project intake and through review cycles
- Review footage, edits and audio to ensure delivery meets the standards and vision
- Serve as the main point of contact between production team and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver
- Track projects, per marketplace, noting discrepancies, blockers and other project callouts/needs
- Manage editorial resources (folder structure, file names, assets obtained and uploaded, all project links/notes, etc.)
- Oversee deadlines, ensuring delivery is met across multiple concurrent edits
- Ensure all content adheres to brand style guidelines, partnership requirements, and platform-specific specifications
- Model adherence to standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring standards are clearly and accurately defined, communicated and met
- Collaborate with PA, Camera, Production Sound, and Grip/Electric staff on designing/providing seamless workflows from script to screen
- Manage and maintain editorial systems, workflows, and server organization, ensuring digital asset management systems
- Support post-production operational efficiency by adopting new systems and technologies that optimize post-production workflows
- Oversee and participate in post-production support including color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, and finishing workflows
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in post-production, editorial, or finishing for broadcast, commercial, or digital content
- Proven experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows, including editorial, color, sound, and delivery
- Strong understanding of editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced creative environment
- Skilled at communicating across creative and technical teams, maintaining clarity and alignment throughout review cycles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Experience with digital asset management systems and maintaining organized file structures across large-scale productions
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through from project intake to final delivery
- Adept at problem-solving and proactively identifying workflow efficiencies and process improvements
- Knowledge of platform-specific delivery specs (e.g., broadcast, YouTube, social, OTT) and adherence to brand standards
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining creative integrity
- Must be based in the Seattle area for occasional on-site or on-set production support

Compensation
Pay Range: $39.00 - $42.48 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
