Responsibilities:- Schedule interviews and hire concessions team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations, under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
- Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
- Prepare sales and operational reports as required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event
- No college degree required
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
