Our Marketing team is seeking an Finance Marketing Consultant (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in shaping how Moss communicates with CFOs, accountants, and finance leaders — turning real-world finance knowledge into impactful narratives that drive business growth.
It’s a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step out of traditional accounting and help shape the future of finance software in one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs.
Your responsibilities
Translate finance expertise into clear, authentic messaging that resonates with finance decision-makers across Germany and beyond.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop campaigns, sales materials, and competitive insights.
Equip our go-to-market teams with a deep understanding of finance workflows, tools, and terminology to strengthen our communication with customers.
Contribute to our narrative: help define how Moss positions itself in the market and differentiates from competitors.
Provide feedback and insights from a finance lens to continuously improve our messaging, product positioning, and thought leadership content.
About you
Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
Strong knowledge of DATEV and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
Ideally, hands-on experience with spend management tools like Moss.
You are fluent in both German (working proficiency) and English
Background in finance, but excited about the commercial side — no marketing experience required.
