 The Database Marketing Director will be responsible for managing and analyzing marketing databases to support marketing campaigns and improve customer interactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of database management, and experience in data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the company’s marketing databases
• Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights into customer behavior and trends
• Designing and implementing marketing campaigns based on database analysis
• Ensuring data quality and integrity by implementing quality control measures
• Creating and generating reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and IT, to coordinate marketing efforts and improve customer data management
• Developing strategies for data collection and database expansion
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Training staff on the use of data analysis tools and techniques
• Identifying opportunities for improving the effectiveness of marketing through the use of database analytics

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, data analytics or a related field

At least 5 years prior experience in a Database Marketing Manager or Director role

Solid knowledge of database marketing customer segmentation and analytics

Experience with data analysis and statistical methods

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
