Paysign is a leading financial services provider offering innovative payment and prepaid solutions. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a passion for quality to join our growing team.
As a QA Analyst at Paysign, you will be responsible for testing, analysis, and continuous improvement of Paysign’s software and information systems. You’ll work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure our technology solutions meet or exceed performance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
This role will focus on testing across Salesforce (SF) and Web applications and payment systems. Experience or interest in automation testing is strongly preferred. Candidates with prior experience testing healthcare payment or reimbursement systems will be given additional consideration.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for internally developed software applications and systems.
Conduct manual and automated testing across Salesforce, payment processing, and web-based platforms.
Identify, document, and track software defects; provide clear, detailed bug reports and communicate issues effectively.
Perform API testing, system testing, functional testing, UI testing, black box testing, white box testing, and security testing.
Plan and execute performance and regression testing across all environments.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
Help define and enforce QA processes, standards, and documentation best practices.
Support automation efforts and contribute to building a scalable, automation-first testing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on QA experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Experience testing Salesforce, payment systems, or web applications.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or MariaDB.
Experience executing API, performance, and regression testing.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Consistent attendance and reliability required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Prior experience testing healthcare or financial transaction systems, especially those involving claims, reimbursements, or payment programs
