ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Responsible for developing a strategic, value-driven roadmap that ensures continuous improvement in Consumer and Business Banking products and solutions to deliver optimal services for our to external and internal customers. Without a formal team, leads through influence and facilitates collaboration across the organization, crafting an enterprise strategy that optimizes customer experiences and drives value for the business across onboarding, servicing, engagement and loyalty. Develops strategies designed to maximize customer usage of the Bank's products and capabilities across channels, and executes on priority initiatives to ensure platforms and applications are competitive and fully utilized.
WHAT YOU WILL DO LIST
Improve primary-banking penetration, revenue lift, and reduced operating expense per account, while building and retaining customer relationships. Strive for operational excellence.
Lead strategic assessments and gap analysis of products and services to identify areas of opportunity, risk, and failure to serve based upon behavior, performance and usage data, customer insight, industry trends and best practices to produce actionable insight, all to generate net deposit growth at an efficient cost of funds.
Direct the implementation of new products and services and develop KPIs as necessary to monitor and assess execution quality and outcomes. Direct PowerBI reporting and dashboard buildout to assist with monitoring the outcomes of new products and services as appropriate.
Direct ongoing customer and employee research, user feedback and channel analytics that translates insights into customer journeys, requirements, and execution roadmaps that will improve the Bank's offerings.
Ensures banking products and delivery channels are competitive. Prepare Consumer Bank teams to have the expertise, knowledge, resources and training required to communicate confidently and consistently with customers.
Collaborate with business and functional leaders and their teams to innovate, optimize, and personalize experiences to drive growth, engagement and loyalty, striving for best-in-class solutions that meet emerging regulatory, legal, risk management and operational requirements.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance, Treasury, Customer Care Center, Lending and Retail teams to enhance strategic planning and communications.
Design and analyze detailed management reports related to KPIs including customer usage, customer adoption rates and performance measurement. Include KPIs in a PowerBI dashboard as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with all regulations governing the banking industry, as well as employment and labor laws, agency guidelines and organization policies.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Strong analytical and technical skills including working knowledge of relevant processing systems including personal computer software.

Working knowledge and understanding of consumer bank products and services.
