What will you be doing?
- Providing timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
- Coach and guide line managers in people management practices to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law and company standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and employee engagement.
- Provide data and insights through HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

- Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
- Experience maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards).
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
