Our EMEA Regional Marketing team is responsible for driving global engagement at scale through the development and execution of region wide, vertical- and account-specific marketing campaigns; the development and activation of offering led growth programs, and high-end events, with the ultimate goal of making selling easier and being the voice of marketing to our GTM teams in region.

As the Senior Marketing Manager (North), you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives across your region and assigned industry, helping shape Pega’s brand presence and drive growth. You’ll design and execute demand generation campaigns, deliver Account-Based Marketing for key strategic accounts, and align marketing efforts with regional business goals to grow pipeline and ACV. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also manage and develop a team of three, fostering high performance and impact.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Act as the marketing lead for your region, representing marketing across the GTM organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned to business goals and pipeline growth.
- Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns and ABM programs for top strategic accounts.
- Partner with sales to build account-based marketing plans using Target Organization Plans (TOPs).
- Deliver regional marketing programs including brand, thought leadership, PR, and digital execution.
- Manage and optimize regional events, leveraging global standardization.
- Implement always-on nurture marketing for both new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA teams, sales leadership, and corporate marketing.
- Use data and analytics to measure impact, optimize performance, and report ROI.
- Inspire and manage a team of three, fostering innovation and sharing best practices across regions.
Who You Are:
You excel at working with a diverse set of functions and levels and leading the group to consensus on a plan that will serve the priorities of the programs for the region. You also need to be an excellent multi-tasker, able to juggle competing priorities and appropriately manage the expectations of stakeholders.
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing and/or client-facing roles, with proven track record in regional marketing
- Managing people
- Prior experience in enterprise software marketing
- Strong strategic marketing, communication, and planning skills
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, social collaboration tools, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics
- Budget management experience
- Strong digital marketing experience and ABM expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to leverage data to influence strategy and decision-making
