We are currently looking for a new member for the Development & Engineering Services team to join us in the position of Development Manager (HVAC Specialist).
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements: Responsibilities: Project Management Support Assist
senior managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects across
sectors. Support
consultant appointments, procurement, and schedule monitoring. Contribute
to project documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations. Help
prepare technical inputs and other decision-making materials. HVAC Design and Technical
Expertise. Review
and coordinate HVAC design inputs with consultants and internal technical
teams. Evaluate
system options, efficiency measures, and sustainability goals. Support
design reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards,
environmental targets, and operational requirements. Participate
in mechanical system commissioning, testing, and handover processes. Analyze, comment and support decisions
on designers and
contractors’ proposals, Construction and Delivery
Coordination Monitor
site progress, technical installations, and interface between mechanical
systems and other trades. Verify
installation quality, sequencing, and performance testing. Assist
in preparing technical sections of tender documents and design
deliverables. Support
resolution of technical issues during construction and commissioning
phases. Help
track compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
related to mechanical works. Stakeholder Communication Coordinate
design and construction meetings with consultants, MEP contractors, and
internal stakeholders. Prepare
clear status updates related to mechanical systems and design
coordination. Support
project close-out documentation and lessons-learned evaluations. Contribute
to internal knowledge-sharing on HVAC innovations, standards, and best
practices.
5-10
years of relevant experience on HVAC or MEP systems in building design, construction
management, project management or real estate development.
