You will be responsible for:

  • Customer channel management

  • Case Management

  • Customer onboarding and relationship management

  • Contract and dispute management

Role Requirement or Must Haves or Good to Haves:

  • 1 to 4 years of expereince in handling shipments (Import/Export) from logistics background .

  • Understanding of basics of supply chain management.

  • Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information but may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.

Qualification

  • Any graduate.
