Job description
Project Manager/Scrum master with SAP knowkedge
- Has a good understanding of technical platforms & technologies - specifically how systems integrate with each other and how a complex ecosystem works with inputs & outputs.
- Understanding of SAP modules and general knowledge of Cloud & On-Premise platforms and Versions
- Understanding of SAP Configuration and Code - specifics are not needed but they should have a general understanding that will relate to a certain incident or enhancement
- A technical understanding of how SAP works & how work packets are developed on SAP is preferred - For example:
- They need to understand the SAP development process, SAP environments & Transport Processes.
- Ability to evaluate existing solutions along with our SMEs and propose improvements & enhancements - they need to apply some technical knowledge/ understanding to be able to make assessments.
- They need to understand data integration - not necessarily in SAP but in general
- Preferred to have knowledge in Finance / Healthcare processes
- Very typical Project Manager role - A person who is very articulate and has excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience in PM Processes from start to finish - for example: Should be able to put together a proposal for an enhancement
- Experience as Scrum Master
