JOB PURPOSE

Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

Ensure proper O&M of  Mechanical systems ( HVAC, Fire Detection & Protection, PHE and BMS), there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumption, performing Shift duties, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – 500001). LEED, CDM, ISO-140001.

AccountabilitiesKey Performance Indicators
Contract & SLA monitoring for Mechanical:- HVAC, Fire Detection & Protection , PHE & BMS SystemsCompliance wrt :-Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Response Time, Testing Reports of Equipment, Availability of Tools, Spare, Consumables.
  • Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes. Submissions of MIS, Implementation of Improvement works.
  • Establish Energy/Water Consumption baseline & its comparison
  • Reduction in complaints & identifications of repetitive complaints
  • Identification of  RCA (Root Cause Analysis) , CAPA ( Corrective Actions-Preventive Actions),

- Planning/Execution of Activities wrt CAPEX/OPEX & its monitoring and QC Checks.

- MIS, Energy Saving Reports & Comparison wrt baseline. Improvement works – Kaizens,5S, BLIP, CIP

 

Performing Shift Duties

Performing Shift Duties to manage Engineering Services as per operational requirement.

  • Total Internal Maintenance team employee size up to 9-11 numbers (Terminal wise).

  • HVAC system having Chiller Machine, CHWP,CDWP,SCHWP,AHUs, PAHU, Fans, Split AC, Cooling tower etc.

Fire and PHE Pump House having Electrical driven heavy duty pumps, Diesel engine driven duty pumps, Jockey Pumps, Potable & Flush Water Pumps(Hydro-pneumatic System), Sump pumps, Detectors, FACP’s, Sprinklers, Hydrants, Deluge Valve Stations etc

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of at least 3 – 5 years for BE/B.Tech. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems, specifically in HVAC High Side(Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, etc.) along with Fire Detection & Protection, PHE and HVAC low side.
  • Experience of at least 5 – 8 years for 3Yrs. Engg. Diploma. with relevant experience in Mechanical Systems, specifically in HVAC High Side(Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, etc.) along with Fire Detection & Protection, PHE and HVAC low side.
