Job Description
- Review and negotiation of contracts such as Master Services Agreements
- Outsourcing BPO Agreements, Software Licenses, Subcontracting Agreements , Data Protection Agreements & Real Estate Agreements
- Direct negotiation with the clients and their attorneys
- Close interaction with the various departments of the company including the business finance and delivery teams
- Preparing responses on the contract terms for Request for Proposals including those related to public sector and identifying and articulating the legal and business risk
- Review and management of Inter Company agreements between various group companies .
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while supporting business
- Provide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions where required
- Participation in trainings, development related activities and other initiatives
- Provide support and advice on Intellectual Property Information Technology and Data Privacy
- Assist and advice in litigation and dispute management
- Assessing and understanding the impact of new regulations on India Operations.
Required Skills
- Hands on Experience on Client Contract
- Contract drafting, front end negotiation, rdlining, reviewing of client contracts
- MSA, SaaS, PaaS
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
- Good negotiation skills
- Sound ethics
Experience Location and Qualification
- Location - Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi
- Experience - 5 to 10 years
- Industry - IT/ ITES
- Qualification - LLB/ LLM
- Relevant experience - 80% experience should be in Core Contract drafting, negotiation, review of client contract
- Work Module - Hybrid (3 days in a week from Office)
