| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Budget preparation and costing Preparation of catch-up plan by 26th of each month, (Considering Milestones & shortfalls of previous month) with optimum resources and minimum possible cost. Conducting and participating in internal and external meetings (Authority / Management / Lender Engineers) Responsible for overall project costing, performance and productivity monitoring. Technical: Construction planning, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), budgeting, cost control, MIS reporting. Analytical: Problem-solving, productivity & risk analysis, critical thinking. Managerial: Team management, coordination with stakeholders, decision-making. Communication: Reporting, presentations, liaison with authorities and clients.
