Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design leveraging Financial Services Operations (FSO) and App Engine Studio.
- Define scalable, reusable architectures for automation, data validation, and integrations (Fiserv, Verafin, DocuSign, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with functional and technical requirements.
- Oversee platform performance, data integrity, and governance compliance.
- Support agile sprint reviews and client workshops.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience with FSO, App Engine, and Integration Hub.
- Strong understanding of financial operations workflows and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
