He/she organizes and supervises teams and provides technical support.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIESMechanical engineering- Supervise workshop work (repairs, assembly, etc.) on equipment. and formalize the offer (information, quotation, etc.)- Plan, coordinate and control department work (diagnostics, repairs, etc.)- Plan and coordinate workshop work- Carry out or ensure the completion of work (diagnostics, repairs, etc.)- Validating complex diagnoses- Provide technical documentation (manuals, electronic documentation, etc.)- Act as a technical referent for workshop stakeholders- Check technical reports from workshop teams- Contribute to the loading and unloading of materials, as requiredManagement- Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management- Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.)- Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) in collaboration with human resources teams- Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessaryRESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION- Ensure compliance, quality and deadlines for workshop work - Provide technical support to internal stakeholders- Ensure the conformity of workstations and tools provided - Support and ensure the performance of your team and your area - Know, apply and ensure the strict application of health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, authorizations, training, etc.)- Know, apply and strictly enforce environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)- Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rulesPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)2 years' higher education in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)Technical skill(s)- Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)- Professional product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.) - General management knowledge- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Basic level of English (A1)Behavioral skill(s)- People skills - Analytical skills - Rigor - Active listening - Adaptability- Versatility
