The V&A department of Cushman & Wakefield France is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and comprises 90 valuers, including about 10 people dedicated to Hospitality.The intern will work as a part of the V&A team dedicated to hotel valuations, which conduct 2,000 hotel valuations per year covering all segments from economic to luxury, and for various purposes including real estate, business interests, and Property & Business valuations.

The internship will start in February 2026 and last for a minimum of 6 months
Main tasks
As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
•Conducting market research and producing global hospitality market studies (French market and other European countries).
•Participating in hotel inspections across France, including interviews with General Managers (business performance, local market, competition, strategy, budget, etc.).
•Analysing legal documents such as lease agreements, franchise agreements, and HMAs.
•Producing market studies to support hotel valuations (demand, operational performance, competition, investment trends, and comparable evidence).
•Assisting in hotel valuations (P&L forecast, DCF valuation) and preparing valuation reports under the supervision of Senior Valuers.
•Providing support to Senior Valuers, Associates and Partners of the team on any hotel-related topics.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
•Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Real Estate or Finance, with relevant experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
•Solid understanding of the hospitality industry (market dynamics, major brands, hotel operating structures, hotel KPIs and P&L statements).
•Advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
•Strong writing and communication skills.
•Fluency in French, with strong written and spoken English.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Current and valid permit to work in France.
