Sales Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientele.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, products, and craftsmanship.
- Ensure the boutique/store is visually appealing and adheres to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring confidentiality.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and special clienteling initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and polished appearance, aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-end or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of customer service and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
