Could you be the full-time Production Planner in Pinto, Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and experience in planning in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible for gathering project planning needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EHS, Technicians, Quality, Planning Managers), responsible for managing the team in terms of organization, managing facilities, materials, and space.
You’ll specifically take care of achieving different KPIs align with (SQCDP) and production requirements but also plan the workshop's capacity and load.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage Customer Service Request for Pinto.
- Customer notifications and management of authorizations for shipments of equipment to be repaired.
- Development and implementation of common processes, measurements, and ways of working
- Create and manage the master planning for Component Overhauls and Repairs sites for Services.
- Follow-up Customer's delivery execution
- Inter-functional coordination between PM, Industrial, Production and Supply Chain (Logistics & MRP) to ensure having all resources needed: focus on parts and people
- Identify the bottlenecks as well as and all other possible planning risks.
- Analyze the root causes of delay of the planning and their impact.
- Develop an annual strategic plan through the study of business opportunities, information on operations and trends. Define objectives linked to the action plan and evaluate results
- Ensure achievement of planning KPIs and challenge On-Time Delivery performance to reach site targets.

- University degree: Industrial Engineering or related.
- Minimum of 4-years’ experience managing planning, resources.
- Industrial Planning Knowledge
- Knowledge in SAP ERP system is valuable.
- Desirable knowledge of general/planning tools: Office suite in advance level and MS Project is required.
- Intermediate o Advanced English.
