Your Mission

As an Account Manager at Bidmachine Mediation, your goal is to build long-term, successful relationships with mobile app partners, ensuring they maximize their growth and revenue potential. You’ll act as the main point of contact for developers — providing strategic guidance, performance analysis, and actionable insights that help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of partner accounts (mobile studios, publishers, and developers) within the Accelerator ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day communication, support, and business strategy alignment.
  • Analyze performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, retention, monetization) and deliver optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Monetization, Product, Data, Marketing) to deliver solutions that increase partner revenue and app growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, share best practices, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Actively contribute feedback from partners to influence product improvements and feature prioritization.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitors, and monetization strategies to ensure partners remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or Business Development — ideally in AdTech, Gaming, or Mobile Apps.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with monetization platforms, ad networks, or SDK-based tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (other languages like Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, and passionate about helping clients grow their business.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of user acquisition, ad mediation, and app monetization models (eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU).
  • Experience managing performance campaigns or working closely with developers and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, or App Annie.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
