Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Define, plan, and execute the CRM implementation project in alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, CRM vendors, and integration partners.
Requirements & Design
- Lead business requirements gathering with cross-functional teams
- Translate business processes into system requirements and design specifications.
- Ensure alignment with global process standards and regional/local business needs.
Implementation & Integration
- Coordinate configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM with existing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, VCProMap, SPORT).
- Manage third-party vendors and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Oversee data migration strategy, data quality assurance, and master data governance.
Testing, Training & Go-Live
- Develop and manage testing plans
- Coordinate user training sessions and prepare training materials in collaboration with business process owners.
- Drive change management and adoption within the organization.
- Lead go-live activities and hypercare support phase.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress against milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Continuous Improvement
- Ensure documentation of lessons learned and best practices for future rollouts or enhancements.
- Support post-implementation optimization and process improvements.
Additional
- Support project governance, reporting structure and communication cadence
- Provide regular status reports to executive sponsors and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Degree of Business/Administration, Business IT, Project Management
- Professinal experience in Sales and/or Controlling data management, reporting & analysis, Project management
- Knowledge in data base projects and data migration
- Experience in Automotive industry
- German native language and English (mandatory)
