This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in HR operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Processing & Payment Coordination Assist with the processing and tracking of benefit-related invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation for: Argentina: Medical plan, life insurance, ambulance services, pension plan Chile: Medical plan, life insurance, medical check-ups Colombia: Medical plan, life insurance, dental plan Mexico: Medical plan, life insurance, optional benefits, medical check-ups, and uploading files to vendor platforms (meal vouchers, savings fund, internet allowance) Peru: Medical plan, life insurance, life insurance registry Benefit Administration Support the day-to-day administration of benefits such as medical coverage, life insurance, pension plans, savings funds, and meal vouchers Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across internal systems and vendor platforms Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Treasury teams to coordinate payments and ensure alignment Liaise with external vendors to manage access and ensure smooth benefit execution✅ Requirements Advanced student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Spanish speaker with intermediate English is mandatory Advanced Excel skills is a must and Power BI knowledge will be a plus Previous internship experience in a similar role is a plus Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills Availability for a part-time internship (4 hours/day) for up to 18 months.We are equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protect class. #LI-CL2
