This role is the voice of Lexington to our customers, and vice versa. We are looking for a dynamic people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow within our company, be a strategic problem solver, detail orientated and excel at handling customer inquiries while manage purchase orders with precision. This is an in-office position based in Brainerd, MN. Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a must.

• Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and in-person.

• Active listening skills are required.

• Ability to multitask while staying organized and accurate, is also required.
• Must have strong typing skills and possess the ability to learn new software's efficiently.
