Summary: The Regional Operations Support Specialist is responsible for assisting to facilitate file flow for the APMC Fulfillment Centers. Duties include assisting Fulfillment Staff on the operational process flow (underwriting through funding). The Regional Operations Support Specialist will also assist with managing pipelines to ensure timely loan closings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Back up and support Appraisal Resource Support Specialist
• Track escrow holdbacks
• Manage reporting on DOMO statistics
• Align Closely with the Operations Manager, as well as the Underwriting and Closing Manager to receive and deliver expected results
• Provide daily reporting on task expectations for Underwriting and Closing
• Work with Operations Manager on analysis of
10 Day Report
Days in each Milestone Report
• Maintain the Re-work Queue
• Maintain the Concierge Submission form in Encompass
• Backup the VVOE Team
• Answer branch general questions
• Other special projects as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Applicable knowledge of the Operations and Production sides of mortgage business, a minimum of one year is preferred
