JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting in training and supervising of new and current Surveillance department employees with a reporting line to this position.
- Responds to calls requesting the need of surveillance coverage.
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training.
- Conduct surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violation and unusual activities.
- Ensures that employees are monitoring the operation of automated bill breaker, gaming voucher, coupon redemption and jackpot payout machines.
- Ensures that employees are monitoring the operation of the count room and the video recording of cash, slot cash storage boxes and table game drop boxes.
- The detection of the presence of any individual who may or is required to be excluded or ejected from the license facility under section 1514 or 1515 of the act and Chapters 511a and 513a, or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under section 1516 of the act and Chapter 503a.
- The provision is immediate notice to supervisors designated in the internal controls, the casino compliance representatives and the Pennsylvania State Police at the licensed facility upon detecting, and also upon commencing video recording of, an individual who is engaging in or attempting to engage in, or who is suspected of cheating, theft, embezzlement, a violation of this part of other illegal activities, including an individual who is required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under section 1514 or 1515 of act the act and Chapter 511a or 513a or is self excluded from the gaming floor and activities at all licensed facilities under section 1516 or the act and Chapter 503a.
- Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation.
- Working knowledge of OASIS applications including but not limited to information pertaining to the following: cage, pit, credit, marketing, player club, player tracking, game/table reports, customer inquires, credit inquiries and self-exclusion data.
- Conducts digital video reviews as assigned including equipment malfunctions.
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Act with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
- Must complete all required company training.
- Experience in surveillance required.
