We're looking for a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This key leadership role helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff with daily room assignments and task completion.

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards.

• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and supply management.

• Step in to clean guest rooms or public spaces when needed to support the team.

• Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality and excellent guest service.

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor supply inventory and request orders as needed.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (required).

• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic computer skills; experience with housekeeping or property management software is a plus.

• English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
