Description
EVS seeks a Program Manager (eCRAFT: Manager, Program/Project II – MANP2) to oversee the performance of all contract activities supporting the NSWCDD IT Support Services program. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between EVS and the Government, providing overall leadership, technical direction, and management oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and contractual oversight, ensuring compliance with performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Serve as liaison between the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), EVS corporate leadership, and technical teams.
- Manage a diverse workforce supporting multiple IT domains, ensuring deliverable and milestone completion.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, risk management, and reporting.
Work is **non-remote** and will be performed **on-site** at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA
Employment will begin **upon contract award**
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional management experience, including 5 years in DoD or Navy IT systems.
- Knowledge of DoD contractual processes, acquisition planning, and IT governance.
- Desired certifications: PMP or ITIL v4 Foundation.
- **Clearance Required:** SECRET (T3).
