Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Retail: Drive store performance, elevate customer experience, and optimize retail operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Oversee Wholesale: Strengthen partnerships with wholesale accounts, expand distribution strategically, and ensure brand consistency across partners.
- Direct Merchandising: Align product architecture, pricing, and assortments with channel strategies, ensuring a cohesive commercial approach.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure customer insights, market trends, and brand positioning are reflected in go-to-market execution.
- Establish and track KPIs across all commercial areas, with a focus on growth, profitability, and brand elevation.
- Champion customer-centricity, ensuring the brand delivers a differentiated, compelling experience across every touchpoint.

With direct oversight of all selling channels, the CCO can ensure that our product assortment and brand storytelling are fully aligned with customer expectations. This structure enables rapid adjustments based on feedback from retail stores and wholesale partners.

This role consolidates ownership of top-line performance under one leader, reducing silos and ensuring faster decision-making. Streamline communication and execution, driving efficiency and sharper focus on growth opportunities.
