Job Description
Typical duties include but not limited to:
- Provide workshops both on campus and in the community.
- Serve as a liaison with community partners .
- Create and foster new partnerships.
- Work with the ROCK Registered Student Organization.
- Coordinate with the FGCU Service-Learning Office.
- Create marketing materials to increase the Center’s social media presence.
Other Duties:
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- This position requires either four years of directly related full-time experience or as an alternative a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
- Experience with community engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with community organizations.
- Knowledge of FGCU and the local community.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Promote a common purpose consistent with stated University goals and demonstrate a commitment to students and the learning environment.
- Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manuals related to the job tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to supervision, guidance, and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies.
- Provide quality customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
