Skills and experience
- Proven experience (8+ yrs) as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the platform.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC or Financial Services industry experience) is essential.
- Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with integration patterns, including APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and development lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer certifications.
- Good to know Agentforce and Data Cloud.
