Purpose and Scope:

Under direct supervision of the Director of Custodial and Grounds, this position is responsible for delivering at a high level of competency in fiscal management in the Custodial and Grounds Department. The incumbent assesses and performs analysis on financial data prepares data to facilitate the fiscal management, and other administrative duties for the Custodial and Grounds Department functions of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Assist department director with managing total operating budget including payroll, purchasing goods, forecast spending.
  2. Prepare various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the
  3. Review and answer correspondence for Custodial and Grounds
  4. Maintain front office administrative duties as needed to support quality control of all CGO staff & departmental needs.
  5. Purchase goods, receive goods, and manage
  6. Submit contracts request and prepare board
  7. Performs all work in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of safety.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed. 
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree plus an additional 2 (2) years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 6 (6) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).

Degree Equivalency Formula:

Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.

Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
