Responsible to prepare all pertinent documents for loan origination and the accurate completion of loan files. Position requires the ability to manage a higher volume of commercial loan production. Does not require direct supervision.
▲Input loans in LaserPro, prepare all documents for commercial loans.
▲ Prepare files for review and then finalize the file for close after review including ordering all necessary documents (title work, credit bureau), insurance, corporate documents.
▲ Process tickets/Prepare Worksheet/Disburse Funds (Book Loan), retrieve loan information from SageWorks
▲Assist with all administrative work for assigned commercial lenders
▲Responsible for preparation and monitoring of incomplete loan file
▲Meet with customers in the absence of the commercial lender for assistance with initial or ongoing loan requests. Gathers appropriate information or recommendations back to lender to expedite process.
▲ “Right Hand” for respective lenders.
▲ Assist in the collection of customer financials tax returns and PFS- streamlines grading processes and/or new loan requests by assisting with retrieving spread data, scanning, file creation, emailing, etc.
▲SBA processing, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
▲Exercise independent judgment and discretion within job duties.
▲ All other duties as assigned
