About the role
We’re looking for a hungry, fearless, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Enterprise GRC, IT, and Cyber sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth — identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, creating new opportunities, and fueling our pipeline.
This is a sales role for someone ready to grind, learn fast, and think on their feet. You’ll work directly with senior sales executives and leadership to learn the full enterprise sales cycle, with a clear career path to becoming a Full-Cycle Sales Representative.
What you'll do
- Proactively prospect and research enterprise accounts in GRC, IT, and cybersecurity markets.
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach — including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Set meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales executives.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve strategy, and execute effective campaigns.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and report on key activity metrics.
- Exceed activity and quota targets with consistency and discipline.

Not required but highly preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar SDR / BDR role.
- Proven track record of success in sales or quota-driven environments.
- Familiarity with GRC, IT, or cybersecurity solutions.

- BA/BS Degree in a related field.
- Experience selling and/or positioning horizontal SaaS products with complex discovery processes.
- Deep curiosity about technology and how it solves real-world problems.
- Passion for delivering customer-centric value and building relationships.
- Enterprise Sales experience or exposure to complex B2B environments.
