SUMMARY:
The Lenawee County Early College (LCEC) program is a collaborative program offered by county school districts and participating colleges. The program governing body is the Lenawee Intermediate School District in cooperation with Jackson College. The program is designed to provide opportunities for Lenawee County high school students to gain college credit preparing them for a career. The Early College Administrator will implement and manage the LCEC program in Lenawee County.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree
- Minimum of five (5) years teaching and/or administrative experience
Preferred:
- Experience in Curriculum Design and Instructional Supervision
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONS
Required:
- Michigan School Administrator Certification (may obtain after hire per timeline prescribed by law)
Preferred:
- Michigan Teacher Certificate and/or Counseling Certificate
