The Director of Financial Reporting will lead the accounting close and global consolidation process for Kymera International’s 60 legal entities within OneStream. This individual will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate internal/external consolidated financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. In addition to leading the global consolidation process, this position manages financial data and systems initiatives, including integrations with other enterprise platforms and support for planning and budgeting within OneStream. This position will oversee 2 direct reports and will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. 

This leadership role will oversee the following areas:

• Consolidations and Reporting – Ownership of the global consolidation process in OneStream, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation. Maintains financial reporting tools such as cube views, dashboards, and books. Owns the global chart of accounts and oversees metadata management, including entity, account, department, and user-defined dimensions, as well as data imports.
• Enhancement of OneStream – Partner with FP&A to develop and enhance OneStream functionality for driver-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead initiatives that improve system visibility, reporting accuracy, and usability for financial planning processes.
  
   

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct the monthly global close and multi-currency consolidation process of 60 entities
• Serve as the primary point of contact and power user for OneStream, responsible for system functionality, cube structure, metadata maintenance, user security profiles, and ongoing user support 
• Ensure global accounting consolidation and financial planning & analysis meet business needs while effectively mitigating operational and financial risks
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages for submission to private equity ownership including quarterly debt compliance certifications
• Report development in OneStream of confidential/strategic data provided directly to C-suite
• Lead and facilitate all training activities globally and work with end users to enhance the OneStream application to ensure a stable production environment
• Partner with the global finance team and FP&A to develop financial dashboards, analytics, and narrative for consolidated financial results
• Primary liaison between 3rd party application developers and IT (internally and externally)
• Coordinate and oversee annual external and stand-alone statutory financial statement audits
• Undertake and manage special projects and workstreams associated with significant transactions and ad hoc activities such as acquisitions, SAP ERP implementations, implementation of new accounting standards, etc

Qualifications:

• BS Accounting, Finance, or MIS and CPA preferred 
• EPM/CPM financial system administrator experience within OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/reporting experience in a global multicurrency organization required
• Working knowledge of financial processes, controls, and intercompany transaction flows
• Experience operating in a dynamic, transformational environment, where change is embraced and viewed as an opportunity to drive continuous process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with desire to take on new projects, problem-solve, and drive process improvement in responsible areas to ensure processes and systems are efficient and effective
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements
• Proficiency with modern ERP systems and MS-Office applications including: SAP, PowerBI, high MS-Excel proficiency
