We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated parts professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled      repairs.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
