As an Assistant Distribution Manager in one of our Distribution Centers, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by efficiently managing donated items in order to send quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must Haves:

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years supervisor or lead experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting
• Have current Idaho driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to work with little supervision
• Proficient in Word and Excel

Our Assistant Distribution Managers:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
• Direct activities of the distribution center and distribution team
• Keep an eye out for efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
• Have a safety mindset

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. 

The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
