Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
 - Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
 - Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
 - Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
 - Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
 - Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
 
- Salary range: $58,000-$81,000/ year *Based on experience, and education
 - Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm
 - An active fully independent WA license: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT and/or Certified SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional)
 - Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
 - High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
 - Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
 - Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
 - Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
