ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates residency and registration for the District for both new and returning students.
Prepares, coordinates, and processes information for the Business Office.
Assists with planning and implementing department-based large-scale projects including construction, summer work, and audit preparation.
Assists with grant submissions and budget preparation.
Provides administrative support for the Associate Superintendent of Business and Operations including purchasing and clerical support.
Provides administrative support for the Technology Department including purchasing and clerical support.
Provides scheduling support for the Technology Department including coordination of SchoolDude reports for the Director of Technology.
Provides administrative support for the Operations and Maintenance Department including purchasing and clerical support.
Provides scheduling support for the Operations and Maintenance Department including coordination of SchoolDude reports for the Director of Operations & Maintenance.
Order and maintain supplies as needed for the Business Office, Technology Department, and Operations and Maintenance Department.
Perform bookkeeping tasks associated with the office budgets.
Organize and maintain office files.
Other duties as assigned as directed by the Superintendent or designee.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent plus three years of secretarial experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret records and documents such as reports and instructions.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively and courteously to employees or organizations.
Ability to understand and speak fluent Spanish is preferred.
SALARY:
$50,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary (commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications)
